True Tech Industries was founded in 1983 by Jim Henning Sr. out of a desire to provide customers with reliable solutions that deliver unmatched capabilities across their entire industrial power train, with optimized reliability, performance, and efficiency. True-Tech Industries Co. sells and services highly specialized, critical industrial rotary components (geared speed reducers, pumps, blowers, mixers, etc.) for industrial manufacturers, municipalities, and the U.S. Government. All work is done at our 16,000 sq ft. facility in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
What started as a focused support company for paper manufacturing quickly grew. Over the years, True‑Tech Industries expanded its capabilities and earned a reputation for expert service, proficient mechanical troubleshooting, and unmatched rebuilding capabilities. As word spread, the company broadened its reach, supporting a wide range of industries across the United States.
Jim Henning Sr., together with his wife Annalee and their sons, Jim (II) and David Crampton, built the company on strong core values and long‑term relationships. Their dedication to integrity, craftsmanship, and customer partnership became the foundation of True‑Tech’s identity.
Following Jim Henning Sr.'s passing in 2024, the Henning family continues to honor his legacy. Today, True‑Tech Industries Co. continues to pursue excellence, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting the industrial manufacturers who rely on True‑Tech Industries Co. to keep their operations running at their best.
